Emma Pratt is the assistant director of the Center for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies. She is an alumna of CSEEES and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Arts in Slavic and East European Studies in 2011. As a student, she received Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowships for Advanced Russian and Intermediate Georgian. She also holds a BA in Political Science and Russian Area Studies from Wellesley College.
She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the center, which includes academic, student, and outreach oversight; event planning; fundraising; and supporting career advising and other professional development programming for Center-affiliated students.
In her spare time she enjoys thrifting, reading in coffee shops, exploring Columbus's international food scene, and going on long walks (not on the beach, occasionally timed).
